    We are looking for a Manager of IT Enterprise Applications who will lead a team of skilled and collaborative individuals. This team is responsible for the User Lifecycle Management (ULCM) of multiple systems/tools across the organization. This includes Active Directory, O365, Jira ticketing system, SharePoint, and OKTA (to name a few).

    This role is part of the Technology Team’s Corporate Systems area reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Systems. This internally-focused team serves as a Center of Excellence providing system oversight and bi-directional/cross-functional support and communication.



    • Manage day-to-day operation of the Enterprise Applications Team.
    • Lead effort to process-map the User Lifecycle.
    • Facilitate vendor engagement and vetting.
    • Drive oversight of system health and data integrity.
    • Effectively balance operational priorities and team member development/mentoring.
    • Partner with Procurement, Legal, InfoSys, and Organizational Resilience to deliver a holistic solution for vendor management and User Lifecycle Management (ULCM).
    • Partner with other Corporate Systems team leaders to implement effective policies, procedures, governance, and accountability measures.
    • Serve as cross-functional liaison between Enterprise Applications and HelpDesk, Infrastructure, and Security.
    • Understand, Manage, and Follow HIPAA; GDPR, APP, SOX Compliance, FDA Regulations with application implementation.



    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
    • Minimum 3 – 5 years direct experience in system administration, system engineering, and/or vendor management.
    • Knowledge and experience with methods of system integration: BOOMI, Federation, LDAP, IWA, OAUTH, OPENID Connect, SAML.
    • Methodical and diligent prioritization and planning abilities.
    • An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of cross-functional solutions.
    • Effective coordination skills across functional teams.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Related professional experience and prefer a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
