The Director, Customer Acquisition Analytics is responsible for creating and maintaining a robust reporting environment, as well as analyzing that data in order to identify problems and opportunities in our customer acquisition activities. This role will work very closely with senior executives, the core analytics and data engineering teams, and a wide variety of marketing stakeholders to help measure, interpret, and advise on the direction of customer growth at SmileDirectClub.

SmileDirectClub is looking to build out the Financial Planning & Analysis team. The Senior FP&A Analyst will provide quantitative analysis and project management for financial plans and strategic initiatives at our rapidly growing business This individual will provide support to the FP&A team including developing key reporting packages, cash / capital expenditure analysis, identifying and tracking KPIs, and other key projects. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, the right candidate will have experience in investment banking and/or FP&A, excellent financial modeling skills, the ability to communicate and work effectively cross-functionally, and a strong attention to detail and process management.
